School Programs
We have always tried to help all of the schools on the Eastside in whatever way possible. Many programs, briefly mentioned below, are outright contributions while others are designed to help schools and PTA organizations in areas of fund raising by enhancing projects already in place.
Raffle Tickets: We will print 1,500 Raffle Tickets for your school at no charge. If you need additional quantities, there is a minimal charge. Our raffle tickets have a coupon attached, which will make it easier for you to sell. In most cases, the coupon will be worth more than the selling price of the tickets.
School Carnivals: We will sell you pizza from our restaurants at half off our menu prices. You can sell the pizza at your carnival at the normal price and keep the profit. We will ask you to have PTA members pick the pizzas up at our restaurants.
Incentives: We will help you with Walk-a-Thons, Read-a-Thons, Raffles, and other school-wide fund raising events. We will give the class that earns the most money a free pizza party in one of our restaurants. We do require that you talk with us at least two weeks prior to the start of the event so we can coordinate our efforts.
Meeting Facilities: Our restaurants all have separate banquet facilities, which can be used for special events and gatherings. The banquet rooms all have televisions equipped with VCRs for your use. PTAs use our banquet rooms during the morning hours before we open. PTAs use the banquet rooms for small informal meetings as well as a place to assemble booklets, etc. We always serve free coffee to your group in any case.
Restaurant Tours: You can use our restaurants for a field trip. We will show the children how we roll our dough, make pizza (with their help, of course), and give them the pizza to enjoy…at no cost to you.
We believe that all businesses should make an effort to support their surrounding communities. With that in mind, we have demonstrated our support of the Eastside educational system since 1984 through the contribution of tens of thousands of dollars of product and services. We don't know exactly what you are planning this year for fund-raising activities, but I'll bet we can help make your job a lot easier.
